We support women in recovery from substance and, often, physical abuse, offering a second chance by inviting them to live in a warm, hope-filled atmosphere where they are cared for by prayerful, Christ-honoring volunteer.
The areas listed below represent the next stages of critical repairs we are seeking sponsorships for.
Each project plays an important role in creating a safe, stable and welcoming home for the women we serve. Please explore the links or reach out to us directly if you’d like to contribute to these much-needed improvements. Your support truly makes a difference.
The front porch, now more than 50 years old, has extensive wood rot throughout and has been deemed unsafe and structurally unstable. This includes all six pillars that support the front of the house, making repairs an urgent priority to ensure safety and restore the home’s welcoming entry.
The sidewalk is uneven and broken, creating a safety hazard for residents, volunteers and visitors. Repairing and leveling the walkway will provide a secure, accessible path for everyone who comes to the home.
The driveway requires regrading to ensure safe use for the women, volunteers and visitors who rely on it every day. Proper grading will improve drainage, prevent future damage and create a safer approach to the house.
